Catalyst is pleased to announce that partner Cam Crawford has earned the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
The Institute of Corporate Directors strives to lead and demonstrate the value of excellence in directorship and enlightens directors to anticipate, influence, and meet boardroom challenges. The ICD provides a strong, unified voice for the director community. Through advocacy, ICD represents directors and their interests, and develops thought leadership for and among its members. In the current, evolving business and governance landscape, the ICD.D designation helps directors be better at what they do, and ultimately, create better boards and better business. Granted by the ICD after completion of a comprehensive program that includes an examination process conducted by seasoned directors, the ICD.D designation represents a lifelong commitment to excellence in the boardroom, a desire to stay current, and to be a more effective director.
Cam serves a variety of Catalyst’s private business clients, many of them family owned, in the areas of strategy, governance and succession, and he works with participants in Catalyst’s Ag Leadership Program. He is also a board member of several non-profit organizations, and serves as a director of public company Rocky Mountain Dealerships (RME-T).
